The Roland Circus came to town
Halloween is a big deal around here. It was a big deal before we had kids so you have to know that we are going to go all out now that we have a reason to. Jamari is in charge of all things holidays because I don’t have the energy or creativity to come up with the ideas he does. Although, I often have to reign in his over the top ideas and veto the constant suggestion for a live band at parties we host; I give him (most) of the control. This year was special because we had Oma (Audrey’s GodGrandma) visiting us and joined in on the fun. We went to a neighborhood Halloween party, consumed our weight in cake pops and tacos, and then walked around the neighborhood trick or treating. Audrey did what she could but trick or treating fell during bedtime, so she walked 1/2 a block and declared she was ready for bed. None of us adults complained. Another Halloween in the books!
Cue circus music…
